tV u~ y <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> •••~'O,•N'+ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 514 DS <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program ("RSVP") provides a variety of <br /> volunteer opportunities for retired and senior persons aged 55 years and older to participate more <br /> fully in the life of their community through significant volunteer services; and <br /> WHEREAS, the RSVP volunteers and staff are given a reimbursement for the mileage they <br /> accrue monthly; and <br /> WHEREAS, the RSVP program director has requested, due to a shortfall in their mileage and <br /> auto allowance account, for supplemental funds in order to continue and provide mileage <br /> <br /> reimbursements to the RSVP volunteers and staff for the duration of the 2007-2008 fiscal year; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the <br /> Department of Parks and Recreation to be used for the RSVP volunteers and staff mileage <br /> reimbursements; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $5,500 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $5,500 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.481.5482.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $5,500 <br /> RSVP-OCE <br /> (Mileage and Auto Allowance) <br /> <br />
