Operating Budget
The attached Bil] No. 202, Draft 3 relating to the Operating Budget, is being forwarded to
you for your favorable consideration.
Draft 3 contains the specific Nonprofit Organization grant recommendations of the
Human Services and Economic Development Committee (Report No. 5).
Page 63 of Draft 3 includes a change to the account name under "Animal Control" from
"Hawaii Island Humane Society" to "Humane Society". This change is made based upon
discussion that occurred at the Finance Committee's meeting on May 5, 1998.
