Re: Resolution Authorizing the Director of Finance to Enter Into Negotiations With Adjacent
Landowner For the Expansion of the Honoka` a Rodeo Arena.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the Finance Director to enter into negotiations to acquire up
to five acres of abutting land next to the County of Hawaii Honoka`a Rodeo Arena. The
property owner of the adjacent land has expressed interest in selling the property to the County
of Hawaii.
Please forward the attached resolution to the Committee on Finance for consideration.
