Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 216, reports as follows:
Bill No. 216, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. 897,
dated December 19, 2007, amends Ordinance No. 07-83, as amended, the Capital Budget, ending
June 30, 2008, by adding the following project:
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT:
Komohana Heights LCC Replacement -County [$1,658,000] $1,688,000
(110.699.5691.66)
Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $ 30,000
Fund Balance and/or Other Sources
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 216, and
recommends it pass first reading.
