vvw~ <br /> ~ ~ <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ••••h~O~~M~~' <br /> 527 Q~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION N0.381-07, RELATING TO <br /> TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND FROM THE <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A DESIGNATED <br /> FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution No. 381-07 transfen•ed $2,500 from Council District 5 <br /> Contingency Relief funds to the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney for the Mainstreet Pahoa <br /> Association's annual holiday parade; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mainstreet Pahoa Association was unable to provide the paperwork required for <br /> a contract to be drafred in time to release the funds for the holiday parade in early December; and <br /> WHEREAS, Malama O Puna, a 501 (c) 3 non profit organization, is in need of funds for its <br /> annual Pahoa Springtime Jamm; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 appropriated to the Office of <br /> the Prosecuting Attorney for Pahoa's holiday parade will instead go toward the Springtime Jamm; <br /> now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> contingency relief funds from Resolution No. 381-07, which authorized the Office of the <br /> Prosecuting Attorney to transfer funds to the Mainstreet Pahoa Association's holiday parade, will <br /> be authorized to transfer these funds to Malama O Puna for its Pahoa Springtime Jamm; and <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this <br /> resolution to the Prosecuting Attorney and the Director of Finance and that the Director of <br /> <br />
