(Temporary Delay of Council Action on Rezoning Applications until
the North and South Kona Community Development Plan is Adopted
by Ordinance, or Until December 1, 2008, whichever shall occur first)
Attached for your consideration is a Resolution to further amend Resolution No. 16-07, Draft 2,
by extending the temporary delay of Council action on rezoning applications from March 1,
2008, to December 1, 2008, or until the North and South Kona Community Development Plan is
adopted by ordinance, whichever shall occur first.
Resolution No. 320-07, adopted on September 6, 2007, initially amended Resolution No. 16-07,
Draft 2, by extending the delay to March 1, 2008.
