RE: Requesting a presentation by the Department of Human Resources, Director of
Personnel Michael Ben on State Bills relating to re-employment of retirees and
consequences to the County.
I would like to request a presentation by Department of Human Resources, Director of Personnel
Michael Ben on State Bills such as SB 1950 SD2 & HD2, HB 2205 & SB 2178, HB 2710, HB 2848, HB
2850 and any others relating to re-employment of retirees and consequences to the County. I request
this matter be placed on the Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations Committee agenda for
February 20, 2008.
