RE: Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 07-170 Establishing A New Article Relating
To A Hawaii County Cultural Resources Commission
Attached is an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 07-170 establishing a new article relating to
a Hawaii County Cultural Resources Commission. Among the changes are the establishment
of term requirements for commission members, a specification that historic properties are to be
over 50 years old, and minor grammatical corrections.
