Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
Please be advised that I have appointed Elizabeth R. Palmer of
Hilo, to the Hawaii County Committee on People with
Disabilities. Ms. Palmer is a 8-year resident of Hawaii and
since 1994, has been the owner of the Dolphin Press.
Ms. Palmer will serve a term co-terminus to my tenure which
will end on December 31, 2000.
