As a viable agency for over two decades, HIAC provides services to our aged, and ever increasing, elderly population here on the Big Island. As a service provider specializing in adult day care, respite, caregiver support and training, and personal care, HIAC relies on public and government funding as part of their source of income. In the past our clients have been faced with difficult situations, HIAC has supplemented and contributed towards the much needed services our clients required in resolving their basic daily issues.
