Hawaii County Council _
25 Aupuni Street
Hilo, Hawaii 96720
Dear Councilman Arakaki:
We are writing in support to Hawaii island Adult Care, Inc.'s (HIAC) application
pursuant to Hawaii County Code, Chapter 2, Article 25, relating to the
appropriation of funds to nonprofit organizations.
As a viable agency for over two decades, HIAC provides services to our aged,
and ever increasing, elderly population here on the Big Island. As a service
provider specializing in adult day care, respite, caregiver support and training,
and personal care, HIAC relies on public and government funding as part of their
source of income.
In the past our clients have been faced with difficult situations, HIAC has
supplemented and contributed towards the much needed services our clients
required in resolving their basic daily issues.
Once again we ask for your continued support towards Hawaii Island Adult Care,
Inc.
Sincerely,
Aaron N. Nag
