Kona Vistas, LLC - Rezoning Time Extension Request

This is to follow up on my letter of December 6, 2007 requesting that the Planning
Commission hearing on this matter be deferred from the December 2007 meeting to the
February 2008 meeting. Kona Vistas, LLC is still continuing its negotiations with
1250 Oceanside Partners, who, if successful, would construct up to 150 affordable housing
units on said property. The major issue in the negotiations relates to resolving the massive
drainage obligation associated with the development of the site. HoaoluW

We believe that a firm determination will be made within the next 30 days. As such and Philippines
on behalf of Kona Vistas, LLC, we respectfully request that the hearing on time extension seams
request before the Planning Commission be deferred for another month to March. By that time, Singapore
we believe Kona Vistas will know whether the subject time extension request is needed or not. Thailand
