Addition of Condition E which provides for roadway connections to the adjoining parcels. 2. Addition of Condition F which provides that roadways in the subdivision be constructed in a manner meeting with the approval of the Department of Public Works. 3. Amendment of Condition J to comply with Chapter 11, Article 1, Hawaii County Code, relating to Affordable Housing (the recent Housing Ordinance) 4. Addition of Condition K which prohibits any Ohana homes on the parcels. 5.
