Kelly of Council District 3 to the Hawai'i County <br /> Liquor Commission. Mr. Kelly is a lifelong resident of Hawai'i. Since 1973, he has been <br /> employed by HELLO and is presently a construction assistant superintendent. <br /> <br /> Mr. Kelly is a Lehua Jaycees Rooster. He is also a member of the Uila Golf Club and <br /> the 1023 Golf Club. Mr. Kelly states that he is a Democrat.
