Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 207, Draft 4 which restores item
#4 (the last line) on page one. Item #4 was missing from Draft 3 due to a computer glitch.
Item #4 appeared in drafts one and two, which were run in the Word Perfect program. However,
upon conversion to the Microsoft Word program, the subject line did not appear in Draft 3.
We apologize for this minor inconvenience, and would like to reiterate that this draft merely
corrects a computer glitch which appeared during the conversion from the Word Perfect program
to the Microsoft Word program.
