SUBJECT: BILLS 245, 246, 247, 248, 249, 250 an'd 251 AMENDING CHAPTER 24
OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, RELATING TO VEHICLES AND
TRAFFIC
Reference is made to the following:
1. Our letters dated February 1, 2008 transmitting three (3) proposed amendments
to Chapter 24 of the Hawaii County Code, which have been subsequently
numbered as Bills 245, 246 and 247.
2. Our letters dated February 4, 2008 transmitting four (4) proposed amendments to
Chapter 24 of the Hawaii County Code, which have been subsequently
numbered as Bills 248, 249, 250 and 251.
This letter is to request that the subject bills be withdrawn from the February 20, 2008
Hawaii County Council Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations
agenda due to formatting errors in the titles of the proposed ordinances.
