This is permanent not temporary so we can do it right the first time. Basically it is: 1) use traffic signals instead of stop signs and activate them only during rush hours. 2) reduce the speed limit to 25 mph. This is still a well walked street and people have to be protected better. 3) If stop signs, put a 4-way in at the south entrance of Alii Lani. That will take care of Casa de Emdecko too and allow people to cross the street safely to get to the shops. If you only put in stop signs along Alii Drive, there will be no chance for people to exit from side streets as there is no traffic breaks. With lights, there is. Thank you for your attention.
