I would like to go on record that I'm all for anything that helps alleviate the traffic congestion in the
Kona area! I hope the Council will do all that it can to open up Haekii Rd to the public. I am in favor of
bill 251.
Bill 251 - One Way on Halekii southbound between 3:30 - 6:30 weekdays
I work in Keauhou and use Kaliopapa Street a couple times a week. Once Halekii Rd or the
rest of the by-pass road are opened I think a light at Kaliopapa & Alii Prkwy would be needed
for safety reasons.
