RE: Bill 89, Draft 3 (Relating to an Ordinance Amending Section 25-8-33 (City of
Hilo Zone Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County
Code, by Changing the District Classification from Single Family Residential
(RS-15) to Single Family Residential (RS-10) at Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawai'i,
covered by Tax Map Key 2-4-14:42.

Attached please find Draft 3 of Bill 89, regarding the above referenced application for Change of
Zone. This draft contains the amendment to Draft 2, incorporating recommendations of the
Planning Director set forth in Communication No. 856.1.
These suggested amendments to Bill 89, Draft 2, were further expressed and officially proposed
in Communication No. 856.3, which was approved by the Committee on Planning during its
meeting on February 20, 2008.
