RE: Communication No. 755, Nomination to the Hawaii County Transportation Commission
Pursuant to Section I (d) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County of
Hawaii, this written approval is submitted in regards to Communication No. 755 regarding the
above subject matter, for waiving said referral from the Public Works & Parks Committee so that
appropriate action can be taken by the Council.
In reviewing the contents of the referral, it is deemed advisable that such waiver be granted.
