Subject: Resolution relating to the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and more than
one fiscal year for a multi-year lease of a copy machine for the Office of the
County Clerk-Election Division.
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a multi-year lease agreement for a
copy machine for the Office of the County Clerk-Election Division. The terms of the lease
agreement will be for five (5) years with an approximate cost per month of $228.37.
