Authorizing the Issuance of General Obligations Bonds for the County
The attached Bill No. 209, Draft 2 is the result of the floor amendment made at the
Council meeting of November 6, 1998.
Draft 2 updates the capital budget ordinance numbers to delete Ordinance No. 98-50,
which appropriations have lapsed, and to add Ordinance No. 98-50. The applicable fiscal
years have also been changed.
