At the February 20, 2008 Council meeting, Resolution 530-08 was postponed until March 25,
2008. However, at the request of the Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD)
I am requesting this item be agendized for the March 12, 2008 Council meeting to allow
encumbering of funds by June 30, 2008.
