(Liholiho Gardens near Wailuku River) Re: Comm. 788 Intr. by: Mr. Chung Waived: FC ORDER OF THE DAY Bi11204: Amends Ordinance 97-82, as amended, relating to Public Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1997 to June 30, 1998; adds the Waiakea Houselot Resurfacing Project to the list of Engineering Division Projects, South Hilo Fuel Tax District, as specified in Ordinance 97-134; funds for this project shall be provided from the Unallotted Appropriation Fuel Tax Increase 94-96 Account of the Capital Projects Fund.
