Authorizing the Issuance of General Obligations Bonds for the County
This is to request your favorable consideration of the attached Bill No. 209, Draft 3
relating to the authorization of the issuance of general obligation bonds for the County of
Hawaii.
Draft 3 increases the amount of authorization from $20,000,000 to $30,000,000. The
increase is reasonable under the circumstances expressed by the various departments in
communications and presentations earlier this year.
