Dear Ms. Jarman:
By letter dated February 28, 2008, we transmitted draft amended Bill Nos. 245 through
250 for the Council's use. Councilmember Ford has since informed us that she is going to
introduce a further updated draft of amended Bill No. 248 which would supersede our version.
Hence, we respectfully request withdrawal of our draft amended Bill No. 248.
