RE: Executive Session regarding all the legal aspects of the opening of Haleki`i Street
Extension to public traffic, the resolution to complete the Mamalahoa Highway
Bypass, the Coupe' property litigation, the court's orders and final settlement, use
of"Yamagata Road"
I request an Executive Session at the council meeting on March 25, 2008 to discuss the above
issues and any other legal issues surrounding the Mamalahoa Highway Bypass and opening
Haleki`i Street Extension.
