Subject: Transmitting Resolution No. 530-08, Draft 2, Relating to the Exemption of
Certain Code Requirements, Pursuant to Sections 201H-38 and 201H-44 of the
Hawaii Revised Statutes, for the Proposed West Hawaii Emergency Housing
Program in Kailua Kona
Please find attached Resolution No. 530-08, Draft 2. Resolution No. 530-08, Draft 2 is a result of
the amendments proposed in Communication No. 1005.2 that were duly approved by the council
at their meeting on March 12`h, 2008.
