SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill 246, Draft 2
An Ordinance Amending Chapter 24, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005
Edition, as Amended), Relating to Vehicles and Traffic - Haili Street and
Kapi`olani Street intersection.
Attached please find Draft 2 of Bill 246, relating to the intersection of Haili Street and
Kapi`olani Street. This draft contains the amendment to draft 1 of this bill that was made by the
Council, pursuant to communication no. 1016. 1, during its meeting on March 12, 2008. This
amendment inserts appropriate diacritical marks into the Hawaiian street names and makes
formatting changes to the bill.
