Subject: Bill 225, Draft 3 (Relating to Geothermal Relocation Program)
Attached please find Bill 225, Draft 3, relating to the Geothermal Relocation Program.
This draft contains minor housekeeping amendments to Draft 2, which was approved by
the Council on March 12, 2008 as follows:
1. In section 2-179, minor format changes included; [a] was deleted and
replacing it with "the", adding "[created " since it was in the original text and
then deleted it, and underlining of the new text "renamed the geothermal
relocation" and "fund."
2. In section 2-181, the paragraph symbol [a] was deleted.
