and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1997, to June 30, 1998;
increases the appropriation to the PUBLIC WORKS - Mamalahoa
Highway Improvements project (Kamamalu Street to Lindsey Road) of
$3,370,611.66 by $1,829,388.34 to $5,200,000; funds for this
appropriation increase shall be provided from Federal Grants Receivable
($1,829,388.34).
