SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill 248, Draft 2
An Ordinance Amending Chapter 24 of the Hawai'i County Code 1983
(2005 Edition, as Amended), Relating to Vehicles and Traffic.
Attached please find draft 2 of Bill 248, relating to the installation of stop signs on Ali`i Drive at
the Kaleiopapa Street intersection.
This draft contains the amendment to draft 1 of this bill that was made by the Council, pursuant
to communication no. 1018.7, during its meeting on March 11, 2008. This amendment corrects
the references to the names of the affected streets from "Alii Highway" to "Ah'i Drive" and from
"Kaleiopapa Road" to "Kaleiopapa Street." It also makes non-substantive formatting changes to
the bill.
