EXPLANATION (Provide complete explanation):
Funds aze budgeted in the VRL Administration 010.121.5127.02.338 account for Waimea office rent. Funds are
available in this account as the Waimea office is still being renovated by the owner. Funds are needed in the
MVR 010.121.5127.16.454 account for the purchase of two scanners and one PC. Due to the high volume of
documents currently being scanned, an additional scanner is required for the Hilo office. The Kona office is in
need of the equipment to begin document imaging.
