SUBJECT: RESOLUTION 244-98 (Draft 2)
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH 1250 OCEANSIDE PARTNERS
This is to clarify that the Department of Public Works is in close coordination with the subject
development regarding design criteria and issues surrounding the bypass road. Previous concerns
and comments raised by our Department will be addressed and resolved prior to final approval of
construction plans. We do not feel that any of our comments should deter the Council from
taking appropriate action on the Development Agreement.
