(Relating to a Resolution Authorizing Extension of the County of Hawaii Fuel
Tax)
Attached please find Draft 3 of Resolution No. 504-08, relating to authorizing the extension of
the County of Hawaii Fuel Tax.
Draft 3 of Resolution 504-08 set the fuel tax rate at eight and eight-tenths (8.8) cents, as per
Communication No. 950.4. This amendment was approved by council at its March 25, 2008
meeting. The council, on March 25, 2008, also moved to adopt Resolution No. 504-08, Draft 3,
and subsequently did so.
