RE: Transmittal of Bill 266, Draft 2, Relating to the Planning Commission's Review
of a Draft Community Development Plan or Amendments Thereof
Please find attached Bill 266, Draft 2. Bill 266, Draft 2, is a product of amendments contained
within Communication No. 1078.1 that were duly approved by the Committee on Planning at its
meeting of March 24, 2008.
The amendment changes the timeframe the planning commission has to review and make
recommendations on draft community development plans from ninety days to sixty days.
