RESOLUTION NO. 590 OS
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S).
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division needs a
computer and printer to assist staff with their programs at Yano Hall; and
WHEREAS, Yano Hall is required to type and print camping permits for local residents
and tourists, and they aze the only Recreation Division office on the island that does not have a
computer and printer; and
WHEREAS, a computer and printer will help with the efficiency and the professional
nature of the Yano Hall staff in their other administrative duties that include; quarterly reports,
time sheets, program guides, flyers, and press releases, etc; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to
the Department of Pazks and Recreation, Recreation Division, to be used towazd the purchase of
a computer and printer for Yano Hall; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forwazd a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Pazks and Recreation and the Director of Finance and that the
Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the
terms of this resolution.
