Home My WebLink AboutRES 592 Draft 01 2006-2008 YY Oi Iy~~,4. •'r • i.n COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII RESOLUTION NO. 592 ®8 A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) WHEREAS, there are many traffic safety improvements on Kino`ole Street and other communities that need to be implemented in Council District 2, South Hilo; and WHEREAS, these improvements include, but are not limited to street lights, Smart Signs, traffic calming devices; traffic control mechanisms, guardrails, and other necessary and appropriate improvements; and WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of Public Works for the Kino`ole Street/Kamana Street Improvements project; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: FUND: General AMOUNT OF APPROPRIATION: $150,000 OUT AND FROM: 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $150,000 CREDITED TO: 010.801.5801.33 Department of Public Works $150,000 Transfer to Cap Proj Fund-G (To be allotted to Kino`ole/Kamana Improvements 110.399.5395.58) BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this resolution to the Director of Public Works and the Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
