Dear Chairman Hoffmann and Chairman Pilago:
On behalf of the Applicant, Kohala LLC, this requests that Communication 998, Bill 237
be deferred to the next Committee on Planning meeting scheduled for April 21, 2008. Due to
unavoidable commitments, neither the Applicant nor I will be able to attend the April 8, 2008
meeting in order to answer any questions members of the Committee may have regarding this
request. Your consideration and motion to defer is appreciated.
