Dear Mr. Lim:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your April 1, 2008 letter, received by our office on April 2, 2008,
requesting further deferral of the above item. By way of background, this item was initially received by
our office on January 29, 2008 and scheduled for placerncuL vu the February 20, 2008 Planning
Committee agenda. As a result of your request to the Council Chair, I agreed to agendize this matter for
the March 11, 2008 Planning Cnmmittee meeting.
Daring discussions at the March 11, 2008 meeting, you again requested deferral and members of the
Committee accommodated year request to allow applicant sufficient Limo W roSPwul W sumo of the iesuas
that were raised. You will note that instead of postponement to the next regularly scheduled meeting set
for March 24, 2008, the committee agreed to your request and deferred this matter to the upcoming April
8, 2008 meeting, at which meeting you have just informed us, that the applicant and yourself are
unavailable.
To date this Committee, in good faith, has made every effort and accommodated applicant's
postponement requests. However, in this instance, phase lin advised that ac Chair of the Committee on
Planning, l intend to recommend that full discussion and action be taken on this matter at the April S.
2008 meeting, and therefore respectfully request that every effort be made to attend. Thank you.
