RE: Proposed Bill No. 211, Draft 5
Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 211, Draft 5, which:
1. Restores some of the previously used language and sections.
2. Standardizes the language to be consistent with the rest of the charter.
3. Removes the Planning Commission from the appeals process.
4. Adds a transition section for existing commission members.
5. Adds a section to place this ordinance on the ballot of the next general election
upon the council's adoption by appropriate resolution.
6. Amends Section 9 to make allowances for other amendments as related to Bill
No. 211, Draft 5.
