Ordinance 98-83 (Relating to the Planning Director, Planning
Commission and Board of Appeals) on the 1998 General Election
Ballot
The attached proposed resolution, relating to the County Charter amendment proposed by
Ordinance 98-83, is hereby respectfully submitted for your favorable review and
consideration. The proposed resolution is required by Section 15-2, Article XV, Hawaii
County Charter, entitled, "CHARTER AMENDMENT OR REVISION."
