RE: Resolution to Transfer Funds
For your favorable consideration, please find the attached resolution transferring
$15,000 from the Elections Printing Account (010-107-5107.02-106), $1,500
from the Advertising Account (010-107-5107.02-107), $3,000 from the
Rental/Lease of Equipment Account (010-107-5107.02-111), $900 from
Miscellaneous Equipment Account (010-107-5107.10-480) to the Computer
Equipment and Software Account (010-5107-10-454). The transfer is needed to
fund computer hardware and software enhancements including signature retreival,
verification, absentee bar coding, scanning, etc.
