Equipment on Wheels.
Transmitted herewith is a bill for an ordinance relating to abandoned special mobile equipment,
vehicles, trailers, and equipment on wheels. The bill proposes amending chapter 24, article 8,
division 1, section 24-199, Hawaii County Code (2005 Edition, as amended), by extending the
scope of the section to include special mobile equipment, increasing the fine for abandonment to
$250, and by adding new provisions relating to the administration of this section.
A copy of the proposed bill is attached.
