RE: ATTACHED COMMUNICATION
Persuant to Section 1(e) of rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of
the Council of the County of Hawai'i, this written approval is
submitted in regards to Communication No. 765, regarding the
nomination of Grant S. Togashi of Puna to the Hawai'i County
Planning Commission, waiving said referral from the Committee
of Planning in order that appropriate action can be taken by
the Council.
In reviewing the contents of the referral, it is deemed
advisable that such waiver be granted.
