PLEASE LET VOTERS DECIDE IN NOVEMBER ABOUT ARTICLE XI-INITIATIVE AND
REFEREENDUM BILL 257, DRAFT 2.
VOTE YES!!!!! ON BILL 257, DRAFT 2.
PUT THIS MEASURE ON THE BALLOT AND LET CITIZENS DECIDE.
This Charter Article provides for citizens to write their own laws. It should not have to be so difficult or
confusing, as it was when we did the 2% Initiative Petition Drive. The goal of an initiative or
referendum is to get the measure on the ballot to let citizens decide. THIS IS DIRECT DEMOCRACY.
