SUBJECT: Transmittal of Resolution No. 596-08, Draft 2
Please find attached Resolution No. 596-08, Draft 2. Resolution No. 596-08, Draft 2, is a product of
amendments contained within Communication No. 1137.1 that were duly approved by the Public Works and
Intergovernmental Relations Committee during its meeting on April 21, 2008.
Resolution No. 506-08, Draft 2, requests the Department of Public Works to immediately begin
Environmental Assessments based on the recommendations of the Parsons-Brinekerhoff Waimea "ft affic
Circulation Study.
The amendments, as requested by the Department of Public Works, remove the term "short-range actions"
and add verbiage relating to "design', with regard to road improvements recommended by the Parsons-
Brinckerhoff Waimea Traffic Circulation Study.
