route. In talking with the owners there is not opposition to our military. We oppose the route and the insensitivity

PETITION OPPOSING THE PROPOSED
MILITARY TRAINING ROUTE
I am resident of Honokaa, Ahualoa, Pa'auilo or Waimea, and in the
path of the proposed military training route ("MTR") for the C17. l oppose
the establishment of a MTR over my community for safety, health, envi-
ronmental and financial reasons. This is not a sparsely populated area.
