I am writing to urge you to LET VOTERS DECIDE IN NOVEMBER about Article XI-Initiative and
Referendum- Bill 257, Draft 2.
Don't make any more changes!
The people of the Big Island have made it clear what we want.
This is SUPPOSED to be a democracy!
Vote YES ON Bill 257, Draft 3 PUT THIS MEASURE ON THE BALLOT and
LET THE VOTERS DECIDE
