Re: Full Support of Bill 276
As a resident of Ocean View, whose population has grown tremendously in the past few years, I am
concerned that the next Hawaii County redistricting in 2011 be accomplished in a fair and just
manor based on the principle of one equal vote per citizen. I believe that Bill 276 will provide
procedures to ensure this result. Please vote to pass Bill 276 to promote democratic
representation on Hawaii Island .
