Dear Congressman Reynolds:
We, the undersigned, want to let you know that we are concerned about
proper animal control and care in West Hawaii.
You, along with your fellow elected officials, will soon be reviewing the
budget for animal control. Currently that contract is with the Hawaii
Island Humane Society. We would like to see the Animal Control Contract
being awarded to the West Hawaii Humane Society where we believe
animal control will be administered and carried out by fully trained and
knowledgeable persons and the public funds will be used to the full extent
of the law.
We ask you to award the Animal Control Contract this year to the West
Hawaii Humane Society under the presidency of Ginger Towle.
